Hello to you. I hope you are well in spite of everything going on in the news these days! I had a really neat dream last night of Princess Diana. I was taking pictures of her and they were never seen before images of her. She looked so beautiful! One of the outfits she was wearing as she stepped out of a car was a lavender purple outfit. Her eyes were so incredibly blue as she looked at me and my old school camera. The dream went from that to people who were trying to look like her but weren’t even close to being as beautiful as she was. I have always had a soft spot for her! I watched her get married and watched her funeral. I really mourned her passing for a long time. I even signed a digital book for William and Harry sending them my condolences. I have dreamt of her a couple times since her death. She was a kindred soul! The world needs more people like her right now.

Hello to you. I hope your week is going well. Last night I dreamt a lot and I can only remember one of the dreams. It was about being with a young boy who reminded me of my ex husbands youngest brother named Cole. He had lost his father and his father wanted to comfort his son and decided to use me to do it. He came into my body which in past dreams used to scare me awake – but not this time. I reached out to the boy and hugged him and gave the fathers spirit peace. I could hear the sound I have heard before in what I call channeling dreams. I don’t know why I dreamt about that but it was interesting! It’s been awhile since I’ve had a dream about spirits.

15 July 2025 Feeling Better

Hello to you. Hope this finds you well. It’s another hot day here in Idaho as I write to you – 91 degrees! I walked about a mile this morning after I got up. I’m trying to walk every day and offset the side effects of the medication I’m taking. Both the Depakote and Olanzapine are known to contribute to weight gain. I need to lose about 100 lbs! I’m tired of carrying all this extra weight.

I wanted to share a praise about how I felt yesterday. I haven’t felt that good in over a month! I finally got relief from anxiety! The Olanzapine (generic Zyprexa) has been making all the difference. The side effect of drowsiness has lead me to restful naps and sleep at night. I hope this lasts!

Oh! I had a very vivid short dream about mosquitos last night. I dreamt some really big ones landed on me and my trying to stop one that had a body that was like a syringe from some man’s neck. When I went to flick it away, some of the fluid in its body got in my mouth – that woke me up! It was like a genetically modified insect. Weird dream! I wonder where that came from?!! I think it’s from hearing about huge mosquitos at the detention center in Florida.

3 June 2025 Bird Dogs

I dreamt I was talking to neighbor by a body of water and a bird that looked like a mourning dove was flying by. The neighbor leapt at the bird and grabbed it out of the sky and into the water. I was so upset. I ran over to it as it floated in the water. A dragonfly was attached to its nose. I stroked the bird and comforted it and as I did the bird became a snowy white cocker spaniel! The neighbor said something about there being a lot of poop as we walked to the mailbox where I found three cds from random addresses. When I got to the door of I guess where we lived, avoiding poop I looked and the snowy white cocker spaniel had turned into our black white and tan cocker spaniel Sam who crossed the rainbow bridge 27 April 2011! This made me wake up. I love it when Sammy visits me. I am wondering if the white dog was Blondie who we only had a year. I love dreams like this and just had to share it!

Hello to you. It’s been awhile since I’ve written. Just haven’t had much to write about out of the ordinary. I had a vivid dream the other day that I want to share. It was about Pope Francis visiting me at my home. In the dream I had a camera to take his photo but I was so lost in the moment I didn’t use the camera! I can remember being so excited I wanted to write my parents about it. I looked through a desk for stationary and when I found a couple blank sheets I woke up. Pretty cool dream!

Last night I had a vivid dream like I haven’t had in a long time. I dreamt of falling asleep in a dark room and then all the sudden the light coming on. The light switch had been flipped on and no one but me was in the room. I went and told my mom Dianne about it in the dream. I startled awake from this dream as it was so vivid! I couldn’t really fall back asleep.

Walking by the canals yesterday with Link, we were treated with the sight of a wild Iris! I love surprises like this ❤️

Hello to you. How are you? I’m doing pretty good as I write to you today. This morning I had gone back to sleep and had one of those vivid dreams I’ve talked to you about before. It’s like being alive in a parallel world from your own. For a brief moment I saw a dog that looked like a pug, standing by a window much like mine. Coming through the blinds was a single point of light and the dog seemed to be reacting to it. It looked like the lights I see sometimes. It wasn’t a normal light you might expect to see and I startled awake!

Yesterday I spent most of the day singing and exploring music. Doing this helped a lot in trying to lift the depression I’ve been experiencing lately. The other thing about singing and listening to music is it helps with body pain too. Music is an amazing energy in its many forms. It can reach all parts of us and evoke energetic miracles. 2 November 2021 Questions

Hello there. How are you? I’m feeling really tired but know I won’t be able to go back to sleep. For the past couple weeks I just haven’t been able to sleep well. It happens to a lot of us I think, especially when we get older.

So first thing this morning I got groceries at our local Ridleys. It was a little tricky getting around the store as they are doing a pretty big renovation/reorganization of the store. It should be really nice when it’s done!

The past couple days I’ve been watching You tube videos about aliens and UFOs. It makes me think of the dream I had when I was in the hospital. It was so vivid. I was laying on a table and there were two Gray aliens. I can remember screaming at them “What did you do to my face?!’” I could see myself and half of my face was a Gray alien! Then I saw my dog Spot and she was looking outside and barking but nothing was there. The dream was felt more like a memory than a dream. Weird huh?!!

When I think of aliens and UFOs I think of how much trouble we have still to this day of peacefully coexisting with life forms that are different than ourselves. Even in the year 2021 we fight amongst ourselves. If I was an alien species I would be very reluctant to show up on the White House lawn too!

I have so many questions for them! How long have they been watching us? Can they help us save this planet?!

Do you think we are being visited by beings from other galaxies? Have life forms learned how to fold space and time and travel in between? Lots of questions and still few answers!
