https://gabbybernstein.com/bookbonus/ and https://www.facebook.com/gabriellebernstein/ – I’ve never heard of Gabrielle Bernstein before this morning.  I found her when I was looking for a message about love and gratitude.  This message is from her Facebook page.  Her message was in line with my desire to share about a simple thing I do with the God of my understanding when I pray and meditate – “Thank you, I love you.”  Just that!  No extensive laundry list of all I could whine or complain about or ask for.  I’m trying to work on getting a more quiet mind and it remains quite a challenge.

https://www.worldprayers.org/prayerwheel/index.html – Spin of the Prayer Wheel brought me this profound message:

On the vast canvas of the self,
the self itself paints
the picture of the various worlds
and the supreme-self itself
derives extreme bliss
from seeing that picture.

A little time traveling now back to August of 2005.  I took this picture at a place Kyle and I used to walk with Sam when we lived in Newark Delaware.  It was off of US-40.  This park had a grove of trees I loved to stand in.  It was like a cathedral to me complete with music and perfect climate control lol.

    • Eventually I hope to return to more walking. I miss having safe designated walking paths with lots of nature close to where we live. The place I had they stripped away for houses.
