31 Dec 2015 My organic orgonite bowls experiments and Dr. Wilhelm Reich’s Orgone Accumulators

Hello all and Happy New Year (Eve)! Hope this finds you all having a good day and end to your year.

Today I wanted to share some pictures of my mostly organic orgonite bowls and talk about the fun I had with the volt meter today. Yes, I am easily amused. I said having fun with a volt meter!

So I decided it would be interesting to measure my bowls for any kind of energy signature. This is what happened.  I noticed when I did measurements on the bowls when they were against a wall with electrical wiring, the readings were all over the place.  They fluctuated up and down.  I couldn’t get a fixed reading.  This happened for both AC and DC measurements but mostly the AC.

Then I moved the bowls to our wooden kitchen table and things changed a lot. I hardly got any readings at all at first outside or inside the bowls.  Then I noticed something really interesting.  When I took a deep breath, spoke or moved close to the bowls, the measurements would fluctuate. The numbers would go back to zero’s when I backed away and didn’t interact with the bowls.

I decided to film this and then another interesting thing happened….no readings at all. Just zeros!  I did the same thing I was doing without the camera but didn’t get the same results.

What I think happened is the energy field was stronger when I was directly interacting with the bowl versus when I was trying to film my interaction with the bowl. When I was trying to film things, my “attention” energy was filtered through the camera lense and wasn’t as direct if that makes sense.  My energy flow to the bowl was obstructed.  Kind of like what Mr. Keshe talks about with plasma energy flow in the coils for the MAGRAV system.  The inner and outer coils must be wound in the same direction, otherwise the flow of plasma energy is obstructed.

This seemed to me tangible evidence of what they talk about when the observer affects the outcome of an experiment. It would seem it is really true that the observer has an effect on the outcome of an experiment.  The intentional energy of the observer is a measurable force that can interact with solid matter.

I’m pretty sure, haven’t googled it, but this discovery of mine has probably been documented and much better study and analysis has been done on this phenomenon. It was just neat to be somebody like me and see this for myself.

The other interesting thing was taking the volt meter to the Virgin Mary ceramic statue that sits on my nightstand next to my bed. The readings on her for AC were like 0.124 and fluctuated in these high numbers.  I did the measurement next to a nightstand lamp and again, a wall with electrical wiring.  When I took her to the kitchen table like I did with the bowls, nothing!

This makes me wonder if there is something going on with the lamp or wiring for that wall?  I have no training as an electrician so when I’m doing this stuff I’m just looking at the different currents and looking at numbers on the volt meter.  It’s so interesting to try and figure out what’s going on!

Anyhew…one other cool thing, kind of silly, when I put the large bowl to my ear it sounded like the ocean LOL.

So I’m not quite sure what’s going on with my bowls but I do know I love them and have had so much fun making them. I’m thinking for the next batch I’m going to do what I did for the first and that is include metal scraps in the organic compost mix.  I think I will also add more of the GANS “juice” to the mixture and see what happens.  Each batch has been different!  I’ll continue to share my discoveries and observations.

The intention and source of fascination behind this whole thing with me is my admiration for Dr. Wilhelm Reich and his work relating to orgone energy – a term he came up with to define life force energy.  Here is information and links relating to his work and learning more about him if you are not familiar.

What Is an Accumulator?

Dr. Reich’s work in psychiatry was always a combination of theoretical work and laboratory experimentation. In Norway in 1935, he made the first attempt to measure changes in the bioelectric makeup of the human body during pleasurable sensations. Told at first that it was impossible to measure such small electrical currents, he developed a new technique for measurement. Thus, he initiated the area of research now known as biofeedback. His original work on changes in the skin’s electric potential initiated the development of today’s lie detector machines.

In late 1939 Dr. Wilhelm Reich came to the United States. One of Reich’s first experiments in his new laboratory in the United States was to try to isolate and explore energy fields unique to living systems. He discovered a device that concentrated this life energy that pervades the environment of an unpolluted biosphere. This life force he named orgone energy.

The device that Reich put together to isolate and intensify this force is called an accumulator. It is made up of alternating layers of organic and non-organic material. Reich explained that the dominant direction of energy flow is always to the inside of the device. There is a continual intensification of this life force on the inside of the accumulator. When someone sits in it, the living energy field of the person interacts with the augmented energy field of the accumulator, and can have measurable effects on the person sitting inside the accumulator.

In the 1940’s Reich used the accumulator in a number of clinical ways. He conducted extensive experiments with mice bred for spontaneous tumor growth. Daily irradiations with the accumulator eliminated these tumors or significantly increased the life span of mice over untreated control groups. Reich also worked with human cancer patients achieving some spectacular results (1). The most serious problem that Reich had was that the tumor mass would break down so quickly that the debris would clog the patient’s kidneys causing renal failure. Today it seems appropriate that the detoxification and elimination diet defined by Dr. Max Gerson could resolve this problem (2).

Reich moved on to explore the use of this concentrated energy in other areas of research. In 1954 the Food and Drug Administration issued an injunction asking Reich to not ship accumulators across state lines until he proved in court the effects he had demonstrated. Proud and independent as he was, Reich did not present himself to the judge, since he stated in a letter to the court that scientific research should not be brought into a political courtroom. The judge imposed the maximum sentence for his failure to comply and Reich died in a federal penitentiary in November of 1957. His books were burned along with all the accumulators the FDA could confiscate. It was a shameful moment in the history of the United States.

In the years following this act of censorship, it was impossible for interested people to obtain an accumulator for their own use short of making one themselves. The information on how to do this is readily available but it is hard to do without access to a woodworking shop (3,4). Although there is one manufacturer of accumulators in the United States, the cost is high once shiping is factored in. It is about the materials that go into construction that makes them expensive, as no one is making much of a profit here. Steel is very expensive right now.

We at Orgone.org believe that if one wanted to use an accumulator on a daily basis, the best thing to do is to make it oneself. Therefore, complete plans are given on this site, along with detailed instructions for assembly. Some sources of materials that we have used are also provided. Wool and cotton are used for the organic layers and steel is used for the non-organic layers, although Dr. Reich used fiberglass for the organic material in his accumulators.

  1. have fun with a volt meter… that’s a thing our teacher never said (epic fail if you ask me, then he maybe had some non-sleeping students in his classroom) Happy New Year to you, may it be peaceful and stuffed with a lot of good news :o)
